Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and tags are included and intact.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
